Unfortunately we do not offer a yoga teacher discount. The main reason for this is that currently we don't manufacture our own clothing or yoga products. This means our profit margins are smaller and therefore the option to offer a blanket discount isn't a viable one.
However we work extremely hard to keep all our prices as low as possible and strive to offer you a hassle free shopping experience backed up by great customer support.
Those that follow us on facebook/twitter do get the occasional flash discount deal so it's worth following us here to hear about these!
We have over 20 different brands on our website. This makes it very difficult to sort or filter the products across all of these brands by sizes which are in stock.
The sizing can vary so much between the brands that we stock. One brand may state that a size Small is a UK 10, whereas another may have a UK 10 as a size Medium.
We also have brands that use a spectrum for their sizing. This means that whearas one brand may state that a size Small is a UK 8-12, another brand may be more specific and state that a size Small is only for size 8.
This is something which we are trying to find a solution for.
Currently we are working on supplying wholesale brands and items if this is what you would like to enquire about please contact us on the form below and we will be very happy to implement any requests for wholesale items.
Once we dispatch your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation to confirm along with any tracking details if you have selected a shipping method that offers this. If for any reason you are having trouble tracking your order, please let us know at email@example.com
Please allow 5-8 working days from dispatch for Standard (or FREE) Shipping options and 2 working days for Next Working Day delivery options before contacting us. If your order is too big for your letterbox and you don't have your items yet we would advise you to contact your shipping company which will be advised on your order to confirm they are not holding your item for collection
GREEN HIPPIE YOGA is based in Northamptonshire - United Kingdom. There will never be any import duties / taxes on customer orders from within the European Union.
Please note that there may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside of the European Union. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
Below is some information on Import Duties/Taxes for some of our most popular countries we ship to;
United States: Goods under US$800 do not need to be cleared by customs, and there is no import duties
Australia: Goods under AU$1000 do not have any import duties or tax
Singapore: Goods under S$400 will not have to pay a Customs-In Payment
We send the tracking number for tracked orders in the shipping confirmation email.
However, sometimes the tracking number can initially say it isn't recognised, or is unavailable. This happens because sometimes it can take a few hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's system.
If your tracking number is still not working 12-24 hours after you have received your shipping confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your tracking number works fine (which they normally do) then sit back, and watch your exciting new order make it's way directly to you!
Yes you can ship to a P.O BOX but we do not advise this on any tracked shipping because that tracked item needs to be signed for
All of our international deliveries are on a fully tracked service so you can see exactly where your order is. However, this does mean that international orders need to be signed for making shipping to a P.O box impossible.
Note we do not take any responsibility for items sent to untraceable addresses the choice is yours we will do our best to help you receive your order on-time and intact.
We want you to be able to buy with confidence from us, so if you buy something and you're not totally happy with it, for whatever reason, we will be happy to exchange or refund you (minus original delivery costs), providing you process your return requestwithin 30 days of placing your order and the item is returned to us unused and in the same condition it was sent to you with all tags/labels and packaging (if appropriate) attached.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
The returned items must come back in a suitable condition for resale; this means no marks from deoderant/foundation/lipstick, or covered in pet hair etc.
Please note that we strongly recommend that if you return items from outside the UK that you send it with tracked delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your returned items unfortunately do not come back to us in the exact condition as when they are sent out, somebody from our customer service team will get in contact with you.
Items can be deemed 'not fit for resell' if they come back with any sort of marks from deodorant, foundation, etc or if they have pet hair on them. There can also be problems if they come back without tags or not in their clear plastic bags (if appropriate). All returned items are put through thorough quality control checks before being booked back in.
If we do reach out to you and let you know that we cannot resell the item you have returned, we will hold onto the item for 14 days before it is disposed of. During these 14 days from when we contact you, there is the option to have the item sent back out to you however, this will incur another shipping fee.
Please make sure to thoroughly check items you are returning to make sure they come back in the same condition so that you can receive your full refund and avoid disappointment.
We cannot refund items that we cannot book back into stock. If you notice marks or anything on the items when you receive them, please contact us at email@example.com letting us know there have been any problems, otherwise this may result in you not receiving your refund since we cannot prove the item was marked when received.
Please try and include a picture of the wrong item and also a picture of the barcode that came with that specific item (this barcode may be on a clear plastic bag that your item arrived in individually, or on the label itself).
Once we have this information emailed to us we are able to arrange your item to be collected from you and we will send out the correct item free of charge.
We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving your items back. You will receive an e-mail notification when this has been processed. If you have not received any notification within 7 days of the items being received back to us then please contact customer support quoting your return authorisation number and original order number and we will come back to you.
Once we have processed the refund on our side please allow 3-5 days for it to show in your bank. Please contact your bank or card issuer directly if it does not show after this time.
In 99% of cases where we get queries from customers regarding their expectation of a different refund amount is when the customer has used a discount code, or Gift Card on the original order.
Please check if you used a discount code on your order before contacting customer service.
Please note that our system spreads any discount amount proportionally across all goods in your basket so if you return part of your order then you will receive a refund on those goods minus their portion of the discount used.
Pilling is the tiny little bobbles or balls of material that can sometimes appear on items of clothing, however pilling is not a defect of the garment/fabric itself. Pilling only occurs through abrasion of the fabric. This can happen through use or (more commonly) through the washing process. It can happen on almost any fabric although more likely on soft fabric items like jumpers / sweatshirts. Brand new items are also generally more susceptible to show pilling early on as some of the looser threads from manufacture come loose when exposed to friction (like in the washing machine) and form little balls on the surface.
The most common way of preventing pilling on clothing is to turn your items inside out before you wash them on a gentle cycle with a lightly loaded washing machine. This single action will almost remove the possibility of pilling in one simple step. You could also avoid using a washing machine altogether: hand washing is gentler on clothing and stops excessive damage to the fibres. The type of detergent you use will also have an effect on pilling; it's best to steer clear of granular detergents as these will create friction on the clothing. Instead use liquid detergents, without fabric softeners, that are less harmful on clothing. When it comes to drying your item it is always best to hang it on the line or lie knitwear flat rather than using a machine dryer.
If one of your items does end up with pilling, you can remove the bobbles with a pilling comb for example. It is advised that you do not just try and pull the bobbles off individually though.
We only stock the most premium, high quality leggings and activewear we can find. All of the brands we stock use 4-way stitching on their leggings which means you can literally move in any direction and the leggings will not go see-through. Using 4-way stitching makes the leggings of a higher quality and ensures your comfort much more than a high-street activewear brand can provide. Our brands are made to last a long time without any issues, and this is why the leggings we stock are of a higher price than some competitors.
The only time leggings will ever go slightly transparent would be if they are over-stretched. This means if they are the wrong size for you, this is more likely to happen. Following the care instructions for each brand is always the best way to assure your items do not go out of shape, shrink, or have bleeding colours. However, we have our own tried and tested tips on how we always recommend to wash any activewear brands to ensure they stay perfect!
Firstly, it is important to always remember to turn the items inside-out to help prevent pilling or other issues that can affect the look and feel of your items. We also suggest that you hand-wash your items in cool water, however we know this can be a little bit too time consuming for a lot of yogis! Therefore, we would always recommend the hand-wash cycle on the washing machine instead. Once you have washed your leggings remember DO NOT TUMBLE DRY! The best thing to do is lay them flat to dry naturally.
